About us
The Calladine family is well known in the Southern Highlands food world. They were the original proprietors of the very successful ‘Pizzas in the Mist’ and ‘Three Creeks Cafe’ at Robertson.
Susi meticulously guides the cakes through their process of preparation. It is important to us to provide a premium product and it is also a priority to find like-minded people and locations for our products says daughter Marly

Festive German Bake Day
Our Festive bake day is usually scheduled for late November early December, however we can organize days throughout the year for groups of 8 upwards. We have 3 generations of German cooks in the kitchen guiding the bake and you and your friends/colleagues will learn to make traditional Christmas delights including Stollen, and Lebhkuchen.
All this happens in our Burrawang Village Fruit Cake Kitchen and everyone leaves with a basket of goods they have assisted in making during the day. The cost of the day includes a delicious traditional German lunch usually pork and cabbage with dumplings, Kartoffel, Salat and the like.
Its a fabulous festive day trip to the Southern Highlands and there are lots of lovely locations to stay locally (see our Friends page). Click here for images of our last great bake day.
To book for our Festive German Bake Day contact Susi or Marly on 02 93 625 441 to find out more.
