Everyday we bake our delicious biscuits using unique recipes, inspired by old family recipes, using traditional baking methods and farm fresh ingredients.

We hand-make our biscuits, cracking our fresh eggs, from our very own happy hens, one by one into the mixing bowl, then stirring in handfuls of fresh ingredients. Delicious down to the last crumb…

Susi's Soy Hot Chocolate
(A creamy delicious soy alternative)

Ingredients

  • 2 x Duc D'O Milk Chocolate Truffles (available at most supermarkets in a 250g box)
  • Vitasoy Soy Milk
  1. Heat 1 cup of soymilk on the stove and remove before boiling point.
  2. Place two truffles in the bottom of a mug and pour hot liquid on top, stirring vigorously until the chocolate dissolves, creating a creamy froth on top.
  3. Serve immediately with flourless almond finger biscuit or choc chip!
