I was given a gift of Burrawang Village Fruit Cake (Rum and Walnut) a couple of months ago. It was so delicious I decided to order a variety from the boutique patisserie making these beautiful cakes.
Having offered the cake to my family and friends the opinion has been universal – we all love them.
It is rare today to be able to buy home made quality cakes. These I believe come from an old family recipe passed down through generations to the mother and daughter who are currently making them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
